Great customer service!

The first room I got had blood on the sheets and light switch by the bed and the hot water didn’t work so they moved me to a better room in a different building and it was much better staff was nice and quick with the process

You get what you pay for. While the property appears to still be under renovation, my room was clean, and recently remodeled although not finished well. During my 3 night stay, every night something was happening in the parking lot. Loitering, drinking, smoking, fighting, people sleeping in cars, loud trucks and motorcycles. I did not feel particularly safe and there was no way to chain lock the door. I never saw staff addressing noise or fighting. The location is isolated but right off the highway and there are no restaurants or stores nearby. The signs posted near the exit door say it all, “No trespassing. We don’t call 911. This property is protected by the second amendment.” And “No trespassing. Private property. Beware of owner and dog.” I would not recommend or return.

I’ve been staying here every other weekend for a year + and last night was the very last time. I travel for work and have never encountered this before.What ever new manager they have is also very rude and not accommodating. I do not recommend this place anymore. They gave me the wrong room, I paid for a room with two beds and only received a room with one, and on my account is a list of preferences, the girl managed to give me a room exactly opposite of all of those things last night. For example, I have severe PTSD and one of my requirements is that I do not stay in a room that has the conjoining door. And last night she made sure to put me in a room that had the conjoining door and would not move me. I bring my computer for work, it’s not a laptop it’s a desktop, but one of those ones with like the big monitor instead of the giant modem, anyway it requires a desk and I require a chair to sit into work at my computer and this is the second time in a row that I have stayed there that the girl at the desk, the same one refused to allow me to have a room with the desk when I know there’s lots of rooms there with the desk and I know that those rooms were unoccupied. And add insult to injury, I received a phone call this morning telling me at 10:30 that checkout was soon, and that they were not going to extend my reservation, fully knowing that I always book again the next morning around check out. I do this because sometimes I don’t need the extra night. Very disappointed.

We stayed for one night and was literally just to sleep. There was no problems at all! Close to Harrah’s (which is where we were going) and was east, good, clean! Would go to the place again!

Large rooms recently remodeled. Very quiet. Good coffee in the breakfast area.

Front desk check in was great. Room was very very clean. They are under construction was the mess. But didnt bother us.

Room was big, a bit worn here and there but still very nice.

The upgrading of the Motel was nice and clean. Unfortunately i paid for a king bed, i got a queen. The front desk is learning her job still and wasn't able to figure out how to get me into the room i pre paid for. My room had no tv remote, mini fridge or microwave as the room showed on the post.
