Only the location, could have been so much better has the service was good

My room lights were not working , staff came and worked on it for 2 hours so I couldn’t rest . TV was not working they kept trying and finally after 6 hours of my check in they asked me to change room ..

The breakfast and food was good. Some staff were very good and courteous but the managers did not head to the customers need

After Charging a 5 star price the property was dirty when we checked in. They simply put up an additional mattress on the floor for my son though they assured one . Only after escalating they brought the roller bed. It was more of wedding hall feel than a resort. The breakfast and food was good. The staff needs to be more careful attending to the needs of the customer and management has cut corners by providing tube lights at the recreation center and gym.. it gives such a bad experience.
