USThe room was great, I especially liked the nature sounds coming from the clock radio. I think I slept like a rock listening to crickets, frogs and bird chirps. I think I am going to get one of those clocks for home.

USThe hotel is very nice, feels upscale but at a reasonable price. It was mud season so I'm sure it gets more expensive during peak times. The only bummer was that the hot tub was more like a lukewarm tub. I don't know if the heat was accidentally turned off or what.

USSheri Smith at the front desk is incredible. She took amazing care of my father who doesn't have many birthdays left. She is not only a great employee but a great person. Thank you Sherri from the bottom of my heart. The Hoffman is a stunning hotel.
USThe Lobby and furnishings are beautiful. The elevators are really fast. Happy Hour was good but all their taps were out of order. Luckily we don't drink. Haresh, our server was exemplary. The daily housekeeping was superb. The gym and equipment is top notch.
We were disappointed the jets in the hot tub wasn't working. It was more like a soak. They charge $15/day for parking. Why? It's not downtown Aspen. It wasn't disclosed in Booking.com. I booked it for $756.49 for 2 queen room x 3 nights. In actuality, they billed us $929.74. Even taking out the $66 for food at the restaurant, it's still over $100 from what was quoted by Booking.com. There are numerous taxes and fees. (see pics) The location is right by Hwy 82 so unless you're deaf or wear ear plugs, you're not gonna snooze. It's also on the wrong side of the highway, so you have to walk under to access restaurants and Whole Foods. I would stay at the Element next time.
It was clean and more affordable than others around. Nice setting. However, the staff wasn’t very helpful in helping me get benefits with Hilton honors.
Very pleasant stay. Very friendly front staff especially Ryan and Joline. Breakfast was good and happy hour makes for a fun time. Clean, new rooms and easy access to Snowmass Aspen. We did a nearby hike at mushroom rock which was interesting.
