You should have hot water for tea drinkers in lobby with coffee.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Room was new looking and very clean. It was comfortable and was a perfect size for us and our two dogs. The location of the hotel next to Kodiak Lake is perfect for a morning or evening walk with the dogs. We loved taking advantage of the free bike rentals. It made it so easy to cruise over to the shopping plaza across the street (easily accessible by a tunnel). Sheri at the front desk is wonderful. She is professional, caring, kind and incredibly helpful. She really goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home and have everything they need.
Hotel is nice enough and comfortable. Kinda silly they charge you for parking a car there...seems like for what you're paying a parking spot should just be included. Wish breakfast started earlier than 7 am - If you're working in Aspen and need to get ahead of traffic this is pretty late.
