NEVER NEVER NEVER BOOK HERE....It was very very very dirty and unsanitary. There were looked to be like blood stains on the sheets that were on the bed when I arrived and they were very very dingy. The room had a stink smell and did not smell clean and fresh like other rooms I have stayed in. There were blood like substance on the wall, and the front desk even came up to see it and still did not offer to clean it. He just said ma'am that is not blood. I asked for fresh change of sheets because of the stains and they said housekeeping would be there at 11am in the morning. There were spills on the floor all around the lobby. There was an ironing board in the room, but no iron and when I requested one they stated again that I would have to wait for the housekeeping in the morning, but I need it at that moment. I even requested to be moved to another room and they said no rooms available, so I wanted a refund so that I could book another room and they said that they could not give me a refund because I booked through Booking.com. I paid cash directly to the hotel. Never Never think about staying here, it is HORRIBLE AND UNSANITARY.
USThey did not have no breakfast to offer us and also I went the whole night and day without TV service and I felt like they should have gave us part of the money back no TV service and I thought they offered breakfast but they didn't
They did not off for breakfast in the morning and I thought they every hotel would have complimentary breakfast and also with out TV service
