Exceptional front desk staff
The side door locked once I went out. I had to walk around the property to the front door to re-enter
USThis is a no-frills hotel in a remote area outside of Dallas. However, it is the absolute best bang for your buck. The staff was extremely attentive to our needs; the room was clean and comfortable. They offered guest laundry, which I look for in every hotel we stay at. And most of all, the room had overhead lighting!! I would give this hotel a 10/10.
Sheets and blankets were stained on both beds. Only 1 towel was given for 3 people and staff was rude when asked for more towels For a 2yr old hotel it already had a bad smell. Me nor anyone I know will ever stay at this hotel again.

While my room was clean and tidy, there was no liquid soap in the shower and some of the ceiling mounted light fixtures didn’t work.
USMy friend’s room was still dirty!!!! they gave him another room on the next floor
