Free coffee - room is ok

Property is run down, outside not clean. Staffs was rude, doesn't clean the room unless you asked several times. I renewed my stay and they don't check but come to wake me up at 8 am when check out is at 11 am to check if I'm leaving

The facilities were clean and comfortable and a good deal for the price.

It seems like the desk staff has been trained to gaslight. They systematically made us responsible for any problems we had. I booked the rooms and paid with my credit card, but they wouldn't check me in without my daughter there who I named as user of the second room. We left a planner behind and could NOT get through on the phone. After driving all the way back there, the desk person was condescending and told us we should call. They don't answer the phone at all. Ever. So we lost an important item. We left good tips for the cleaning staff,so figured they'd have a lost and found. We won't ever use this hotel again, and may not use Booking.com either.

Location.

The overall outside surroundings look very unwelcoming and the hallway to the rooms are untidy and the outdoor grounds are not inviting, investing in some beautiful plans with flowers might be a great idea. Makes your guest smile and maybe some air fresheners won’t be a bad idea.
