Location near the ghats. Easy walk to both sides of the market Great staff behaviour. Missed ny breakfast one day and the staff made sure to remind me and send me breakfast to the room. Ranjit yadav ji at the reception was always available to help on phone call and with local travel tips and advice

Clean rooms and good location

We weren’t given the room that we booked yet charged more than what booking.com said. Staff were very loud in the lobby at night right outside our room. Laundry service was very late to return our clothes and they were stained on return. Taxi to the airport booked by the hotel was also late on our departure.

Hotel is new and clean, Location was great, good rooftop breakfast with views of the river. Friendly staff, Pradeep helped in anyway he could to make my stay more comfortable.

Bit of noise until 12pm, but I guess that’s everywhere! bring ear plugs.

The location was fantastic. However without a guide or someone to assist you, it's impossible to find as it is located on the steps of the Ghat. Access to it is through the gullies. Best to ask the hotel to send someone to meet you on the main road. The hotel is brand new with modern finishes.

Bathroom. Sink is too small. Shower pressure is very low and is situated to the side of the toilet seat with no divisions. The room has no ventilation. Lots of noise from the renovations in the rest of the hotel. I'm sure it will be fine after the renovations are done. They did not say anything when I booked. I only discovered this after checking in and paying for my room. Best to check before booking if renovations are done. They do not take cards. Only Indian Rupees in CASH.
