The place was absolutely beautiful!

When we checked in we were supposed to have a three-bedroom suite handicap accessible. It was not handicap accessible. We requested a shower chair to make it easier for the person who was handicapped and they sent us a transfer chair. We also requested a toilet seat that would be raised with grab handles on either side. They could not provide us with that and the transfer chair (which is not a shower chair) was absolutely useless because there was nothing for the person to grab onto in the shower! Holiday inn vacation Club is a major corporation and I cannot understand why they could not rent a shower chair and a toilet seat for 5 days for us! I don't think it's because they don't have the money! I would think that they would want to show Goodwill towards their customers by helping them in a situation like this. Obviously they didn't care! No matter how beautiful a place is or the amenities it has, being uncomfortable in a three bedroom suite, which we paid a lot of money for, does not make for a comfortable vacation! I would appreciate it if bookings.com could compensate Us in some way for the inconvenience of our stay in Myrtle Beach. Thanks for listening, Judith Handelman

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The room was clean. The poolside was great. Very peaceful relaxing vacation

The blind in our room was broken when we got it but it wasn't a huge bother.

The many options we had to entertain the kids on the property

The villas were huge and stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals view was great beds and chairs were comfortable

It was really hard to rest n enjoy our evenings because all three nights there were ppl making a lotttttt of noise and slamming doors in the hallway and it went on for hours it was veryyyy disturbing because we start our days at 6am so for them to be so loud everyday after 11and midnight was veryyy disappointing
