Immaculately clean room, and lobby, staff couldn't have been more gracious. Coffee in the lobby much appreciated!

Well wasn't this a wonderful find - from the moment we stepped inside and saw the fireplace ablaze and the Christmas decor and music calling us in I knew we hit a winner... What a delightful time my partner and I had. The service is impeccable, accommodations modern while saluting the historic past was a treat - our room was part of the basketball court! But most of all the staff, including Chad, Lydia and William were terrific and Kate the manager was stellar! Thank you we will return!

It's a close getaway for us and very relaxing.

Great stay and great people. We made a little scene just having fun but they didn’t make us feel uncomfortable. Beautiful town…we’ve been all over the world and this town was one of our faves! The hotel was beautiful and so clean! Much love and appreciation to Jim Thorpe. Our bed did not come unmade lol.

Everything was great. My only complaint would be that we could hear a heavy walker. We were on the top floor, so I imagine it was someone next to us pacing back and forth. It would not prevent me from coming back, it’s an older building, I’m guessing hearing someone walking is expected..

Great location in the middle of town. Excellent amenities and comfortable accommodations. And parking provided which is a huge bonus. Free water bottles and drink coupons offered for direct booking. The staff was delightful and even allowed us to check in a little early since our room was ready.
