I pre booked 2 Rooms However when I checked in the Hotel said there is no record of 2 rooms only 1 double room. There 3 persons in the group The vegetarian menu was great

The greeting was lovely from the initial staff However the clerk who did the booking was not very pleasant Those persons are the face of your business so maybe training would let them know that "customer is king" I have yet to receive a Reply as to why I have 2 different room booking confirmation number and was only assigned only 1 room for 3 persons

Good clean property. Great room. Good food. We had a good stay.

The person at reception was not too welcoming. Very cold behaviour. But rest of the staff was good.

"Excellent hotel service, but a disappointing experience with the "booking.com" platform"

I am a Malaysian traveller and stayed at this hotel. This is a 4-star hotel, and all the pictures shown are real and accurately represent the property. The hotel and rooms were very clean and well maintained. They provide a buffet breakfast with a good variety of food. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist guests. As a pleasant surprise, I received complimentary welcome cookies upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with an Uber ride costing around ₹200. It is also about 15 minutes from the Ram Temple, making it a good choice for both transit travellers and visitors. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to other travellers looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed 4-star hotel. I accidentally made a mistake when booking my stay. Instead of booking for 1 June, I mistakenly selected 1 July. However, I would like to thank the hotel management, especially Miss.Krithi, who was extremely helpful and understanding. The hotel agreed to provide me with a full refund despite the booking mistake, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service.

Unfortunately, my experience with Booking.com was very disappointing. Even though the hotel had agreed to the refund, Booking.com was slow to respond and not helpful throughout the process. I was left to handle most of the communication and follow-up by myself. Their customer support was unprofessional and did not provide the assistance I expected. The hotel did everything possible to help resolve the issue, but the booking platform made the process unnecessarily difficult. If you plan to stay at this hotel, I would recommend booking through other platforms or directly with the hotel rather than using Booking.com.

"Good but…"

Clean, good breakfast

Location is far from the temple area, with no options for restaurants. The staff didn’t guide us with tour guides or options on how we could do our trip n spend time in ayodhya. We got answers like “we don’t know” , “we don’t have that”. Would have expected them to at least so much so help us with the names of travels we could reach out for the trip.

Nothing except the bed.

Both the bathrooms of the rooms we had taken was stinking with gutter smell. We had to call the person to spray room freshener. Despite this the bad smell would re appear. Also we had the buffet and both me and my wife suffered stomach infection probably food poisoning. We asked at the reception to get us lemon tea. The least they can do is help the ones leaving to catch the early morning flights. The service was bad and we were asked to go to the restaurant and order. Or we had to wait for 20 minutes. Overall a bad experience. This hotel is not worthy of a 4 star.
