Staff hospitality and helpfulness.

Property is kept clean. Room amnesties are excellent. A large choice of foods and tasty preparations. My request for higher floor with view was fulfilled.

We chose this hotel as it was the only well known hotel name that was operating during our visit. The Taj is opening sometime middle of this year. However, there are exceptional people managing the hotel. Specifically, mention of two names, Rashmi at the reception and Khushi at the Restaurant. They are standing for almost 12 hours and do their duty with a smile. Manager Kunal was very helpful. The range of food for the buffet was just amazing. Any issues of food were quickly attended to. Namrish, Vikash and Deepak at the restaurant and hotel driver Anuj Singh stood out for guest service.

Overall, not the Radisson kind of experience that we had hoped for. The rooms were decent sized but when we occupied, we got some odd smells from the bathroom which was later detected and cleaned timely. The room is entirely carpeted and this can create stale odour though they cleaned it each day. We heard a lot of noise from crowd moving around in the floors (probably wedding crowd) and hence the rooms are not as noise proof as required.

Lovely property. Helpful staff. Rooms and the overall facilities where really a value for money. Staff were always happy to help with a smile and that is a key to any good service.

Indian food was really good but some fancy items listed weren't upto the mark.
