Bathroom had fungi growing from the side of the sink. Booked a standard double room but it was exceptionally smaller than shown in the pictures. Lot of noise from some guests after a night of debauchery (evening of 06/04), which could've been handled better by security.

My first impression of the property was very positive, thanks to the security personnel on duty during the day. He welcomed me with a warm smile and kindly guided me to the reception. Being new to the place, his support and attitude truly made me feel comfortable—he’s a genuinely good human being. The room also gave a good first impression. It was spacious enough for a single guest and well-insulated from road noise, which ensured a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

I arrived for an early check-in and was initially told by the receptionist to wait for 15 minutes. I was fine with that, but there was no follow-up. After waiting, I approached her again, and only then she informed me that it would take another 15 minutes. I felt that my time as a guest was not valued, and the check-in process could have been handled more efficiently—she could have completed my check-in formalities during that wait. Another concern was with room service. I had not requested housekeeping, but when I returned from my meetings, I found that someone had entered my room and cleaned it without my permission. This raised concerns about privacy and security, especially since there is no locker in the room and I had stored my personal belongings in the open. The cleanliness of the room was also below expectations. The bed linen had stains, the toilet was not properly cleaned, the mirrors were dusty, and there was no shower switch in the bathroom.

Was charged extra for the bedspreads just because there was some food stains and that would've gone in one wash. I was charged 600 rupees for that. No hot water facility in the evening

The location is perfect for business purposes & the overall ambience is quite good.

Need to have 24*7 kitchen

The staff are excellent. They are very polite, understanding, and help you with utmost care.

I wish there are more staff people. The service can be quicker , but nothing to complain about.
