Location of the hotel is very nice, even after being in lonavala main city. Affordable room rates , very neat and clean, amazing restaurant food. 💯💯

"It was a great stay overall."

Overall the staff was very polite, service is very good. Very much baby friendly. They provided with service whenever needed.

Car parking was under tree which created a bit of mess on car. They should have cleaned the car. Rest everything was good.

Good location, quiet, clean and well looked after. Good evening meal in restaurant. Staff in restaurant very attentive.

Breakfast a bit insipid. Counter staff helpful to a degree but didn't go the extra mile eg would not give a second room key (no idea why, just repeated it was not possible). Booked a late check out but then asked us to move to a different room, ultimately we said no but it was rather awkward.
