Quality Inn & Suites Jackson

Bed linens had multiple long dark hairs on the sheets. Pillowcases we’re yellowed. Door lock was not a secure deadbolt. I did not stay overnight. I rebooked else where.

Could see the Independence Day Fireworks at the entrance! Did not need to get in the car and fight the crowds. Rooms are nice and modern. Bathroom is awesome with great lighting.

Was great, clean too. Very friendly staff and did have some breakfast. Machine to make pancakes/waffle, yogurt, cereal, coffee, toast, juice.. was great!!

The premises were dirty good thing we got our money back

The property was cute. Nice and relaxing. What I did not like was I booked an accessible room and was not given one. My mom is wheelchair bound. The man lied and said he was not notified. When I showed him my booking he still stated he never received that information. I booked that room specifically. The next day nobody answered to exchange our room. The last day/night I called and asked for an accessible room and it was given to us. It should have been already ready for my mom since that’s what I paid for. The man was rude about it. There’s a high step that a wheelchair could not get up into the room. He had a man made ramp that he told my mom to use which did not look safe at all. Luckily it kept her safe to go into her room with her power wheelchair. I wish they were more ADA friendly.

I booked a non-cancellable stay at Quality Inn and Suites in Jackson for Friday June 13th, 2025, as I planned a visit to an inmate in Mule Creek State Prison in next door Ione the next morning. My wife and I had to schedule this visit several weeks in advance due to the need to book airline tickets to fly from Salt Lake City to San Francisco, so we could then drive the two hours to Jackson. Unfortunately, 13 hours before we were to board our flights Friday morning June 13, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation cancelled all visits to Level III and Level IV facilities throughout California until further notice. We had to cancel our flights and car and thought to at least reach out to the hotel to seek mercy, given the circumstances. It was only $100, so was more about the principle rather than the money. I was not surprised that the hotel viewed it the other way around: money before principle. I take responsibility for booking a non-cancellable hotel, but who would have thought CDCR would cancel family visits on Father's Day weekend!!!!!

Absolutely so accommodating. I was pushed to an earlier flight. They agreed to early check in without even a question. Found me a quiet room so I could nap before the event. The staff saw me outside and immediately requested to assist me with anything. Would go again without hesitation
