I visited Aga khan Palace which is near to the hotel services are good AC remote was not working after complaining they changed it.

Rooms were clean and hygiene was maintained , Amanora Mall is very near to the hotel TV was not working and they took 2hrs to resolve it But still staff was polite and helpful.

hotel manager is worst. at checkout charged extra money as I was always paying cash solo lady Traveller they charge extra.

please never trust people there.
