INThe hotel offers good luxury-style amenities and the overall facilities were decent. The staff was polite and cooperative throughout the stay. We also had lunch at the hotel and the food was nicely cooked. The complimentary breakfast was good as well and had decent options.
The property lacks proper cleanliness and maintenance. The AC was showing a “CF” error and was not cooling properly even after informing the staff. The washroom was not cleaned properly and had an unpleasant smell. Mirror lighting was also missing in both the washroom and bedroom, which felt inconvenient considering the room category. Additionally, the bedroom wall had visible dampness and misty patches due to water leakage. The hotel is located inside a congested narrow lane surrounded by old buildings, and cars cannot reach directly to the entrance. Guests need to walk around 50 metres with luggage to reach the property.

The staff were highly irresponsible, and no one should come here expecting even basic service. There was not even anyone available to properly clean the room. The only person who genuinely tried to help us was one staff member named Deepu, whose behavior was respectful and professional. Without him, the experience would have been even worse.
