Studio 6 Mesquite, TX Town East

The property looks really nice from the renovations we saw! It’s also fully gated so we felt very safe! The staff was amazing as well and took care of things in a timely manner! The rooms are clean and renovated! New LED mirrors were a great touch and the lighting along the headboard was very modern! The kitchenette also was nicely stocked! A huge plus is that they have almost any snack or soda you need at the front!

We loved everything about our stay! It was safe and comfortable!

Every thing room we’re in horrible condition trash under beds by the wall and window unit was dirty so was floor. The only thing that was clean was bathroom mirror b cause that was new.

it was dirty the 24 hours we were there their was food left in elevator the door to our room had a gap in it and air and bugs got in. there was no coffee maker or blow dryer in rooms

The room was good, but the outside could use some work. A 50-gallon trashcan set outside by the stairwell, full of trash flies & awful smell, our whole stay. The room next to us had plumbing issues & the man cleaning it up swept it out of the room & off the 4th floor down to the parking lot almost hitting me & another guest. That was pretty bad. Maybe get a wet vacuum cleaner or something? Other than that it was okay.

Nothing

It was being renovated. Everything was dusty and in disrepair. Although we had conformation which we showed him, the desk clerk refused us a room and said we had no reservation. We were unable to resolve the issue with booking.com, who promised to call us back in 30 min, but didn’t. We ended up driving to another town and paying twice the price for a last minute accommodation.
