Even glass bottles of water were free loved it

Staff is not welcoming or friendly. I was berated by the front desk staff for not knowing how to open the front lobby door once it was locked at night. It’s hard to tell if the front desk is a reception or coffee bar. Nobody seems happy to work there. Wrote to corporate about it and they never responded. It’s onviojs the bad attitude comes from the top. These people could learn a thing or two about hospitality. The property was nice and parking was easy if they have enough spots.

Loved it all. Not much parking. Great onsite staff and bar and even better bar next door

This was a nice hotel with a patio overlooking the street. The staff seemed a little nonchalant but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Good stay

Hotel Henrietta is a lovely, comfortable, quiet hotel. Our suite was spacious and bright. The hotel staff are excellent and the breakfast fare- fresh, hand-made bagels with wonderful toppings brought us downstairs every morning!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Stylish & comfortable rooms. Our preferred area of the Crescent City to stay…easy access to the Quarter, but we like the neighborhood, architecture & vibe in this area. We’ll be back.
