The Henrietta rooms are comfortable and spacious - it was great for our small family. We love the lobby and breakfast options, I would recommend this spot to anyone coming to NOLA or looking for a staycation

We stayed for 3 nights on vacation and loved the hotel. Brand new, tastefully decorated, big room and comfy bed, great shower. Location was perfect for us - near the lovely Garden District and great shops and restaurants on Magazine Street, and the St Charles Ave streetcar stops right outside, to go into downtown/french quarter in about 25 minutes. However the experience was let down by the check in - we arrived at night in heavy rain after a long journey, and also weren't sure where we could park. The receptionist was on another call so we waited for about 5 minutes with no acknowledgement and then we received a very functional check in, with no information about the hotel, parking, etc, so we had to push to get required information. Next morning we got a much more friendly greeting from a different receptionist, so I think we were unlucky. I'd stay here again, and recommend the hotel to others, but the owners could do with sorting out the quality of the welcome so it matches the hotel.

The staff was amazing. Rooms are super clean. Trolley stop is steps away! We 10 out of 10 recommend!

Extremely nice property, everything is done with intent. Staff was hospitable & the cleaning services need to be recognized. The lady who was moping and sweeping said hello and goodbye everytime I passed her. The gentleman power washing the concrete every morning was waving everytime we passed. Very good location and best coffee around.
