Take this review from the stand point of a last minute booking on a third party website.I am hopeful those who book in advance has a more seamless experience. That was not the case for my family and I. We prepaid so check-in was quick. Everything seemed okay…until we got to our room. We paid extra for a different room type and we got a room type below what we paid for. Long story short the hotel advise they assigned room based of what the third party booker sent over. Upon reaching out to them, they confirmed per what the hotel advertised on their website, I should have got what I booked for. Being that it was a later hour, I had little hopes of either party making any amends for the night. I was right; no amends were made. My take away from this : -Be mindful of booking through a third party -Be mindful there was a parking fee, we were not outright informed about this. It’s deducted from the incidental fee. -The “paid” parking spots are limited. Note that street parking is available. -To our annoyance, the room only had 2 towels when we booked for 4 guests. At this point, we were grateful it was only for the night. Besides that, the room was clean and comfortable, we were only there for one night so I didn’t feel the need to fuss over the minor grievances . Wish I could give a higher rating. It is newer hotel with great potential, but lots of room for improvement.

The only bad thing I would say about this place is that the beds are a little too firm for me but other then that, it was a pleasant stay. We will be back.

Nice, clean, reasonably-priced new hotel near UNMC campus. Within walking distance of the UNMC campus. Paid parking available at hotel. Helpful staff. One possible area of improvement — requiring keycard swiping to go above the check-in desk floor to the floors where rooms are.
