Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was great.

Very clean hotel in a safe area, restaurants, very close and a few are within walking distance. The breakfast area had a wide variety and was kept very clean. We did not use the pool or the workout room, but they were also quite clean and the workout room had massive amounts of equipment. The little gal that checked us in was there the entire day, we thought maybe she never left! Overall great experience and great hotel.

Hotel was clean on the outside and inside. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Restaurants within walking distance. Area felt very safe.

Excellent room and bed. So was the bathroom. I was there for one night, did sleep nearly for one hour and half. There were children and adults running down the hallway on second floor where I was and on third floor above me, often loud and at times banging on doors. This happened at 12:30AM EST, on June 1, 2025, then at 1AM, then at 3AM then at 5, then at 7. I got up took a nice shower and left. I suggest having signs or notices at front desk and on each floor. I have had many excellent experiences and services at Fairfield Inns and Suits, in Washington DC, unfortunately not this time in Plainfield IN.
