The front desk staff was wonderful!!! However the dining room worker at breakfast wasn’t so kind, she asked us if it was 9:30 when we arrived… it was 9:25 , and that made us feel rushed….

The kitchen staff . We also ran out of toilet tissue… as there was only 1 roll.. there should have been an extra roll in the room.. we also only had 2 towels and wasn’t asked if we needed more, when I went to get more I was only given 1 towel. There was 3 of us in the room.

Great price for uptown Charlotte, NC. The location was excellent and right in the heart uptown. The hotel was very clean. The room was modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with real eggs made to order. A great experience!
