I don’t get use this reservation. The hotel didn’t even have a record of my confirmation number. I had to pay out of pocket for my actual stay. The customer service from this booking agency has been horrendous & and I will be posting online about this experience. Ignoring requests or using trash Ai isn’t going to win you good reviews.
