"Every thing is good staff great"

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very good experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was soft and the room had a pleasant ambience which made the stay very relaxing. The washroom was also neat and hygienic, and all the basic amenities were available in the room. The staff members were very polite, friendly, and always ready to help whenever required. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The overall environment of the hotel was peaceful and well organized. I really appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the hotel. It is a great place to stay for both short and long visits. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again in the future

Rooms were not ready. Despite calling in advance to keep the rooms ready, we were given rooms with lights not working, flush not working and smelling rooms. Manager made excuses it's late in night now and he can't fix anything. Pathetic attitude. Avoid.

"OK experience if solo traveler."

OK place for solo travelers. Not for couples. Maybe local business travelers. Breakfast is 2-3 items, which was indeed good, hot and fresh. The staff is helpful. But sheets, blankets or towels do not feel hotel fresh. TV channels did not work at all - while I was there, even though the staff showed up to fix it promptly, But never did.

"Was not able to update duration"

Everything was good except, I had booked through booking.com app I had booked it for 6 days but my plan got changed and had to checkout 4 days, there was no way to modify this booking even hotel staff didn't help to do that and I had to pay for 6 days even though I left in 4 days. Everything else was good.
