Noticed a communication breakdown between front desk and housekeeping following through (not) I tried a few times to ask and was shut down being told "we're not a real hotel" before I could get in the next word... I stayed there 4 weeks in 2 rooms and never had any attention to my room by housekeeping... I saw housekeeping and traded towels a few times but I was ok with fending for myself because... Not the end of the world but maybe there's a breakdown between front desk and housekeeping... Overall it was fine but a pickier person might leave a hot review so ....fix it Also the energy saving feature in the bathroom with the lights is very inefficient and annoying as it clicks on and off all day and night... Both rooms ...

USThe location was close to where we were going, and Dawn at the front desk was kind. The room was clean and there were a lot of amenities available in the room itself.
The noise !!! the neighboring room had their TV on so loud until 3 am - and dogs barking in the hallways - terrible nights sleep due to this. Also why no garbage can in the bathroom ? and even a continental breakfast would have been appreciated.
USI had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was convenient, and the little details (modern bathroom and a kitchenette were nic) made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
