Certainly a good stay option in West Mambalam

Friendly staff, very helpful. Clean and comfortable stay.

Nothing major to mention, cleaning of bathroom could be better if I am being a bit picky.

Courteousness and cooperation of staff. They listen, and was willing to go that extra mile to keep us comfortable. I had multiple room bookings and they addressed an unexpected cancellation gracefully, even when they had an option to refuse it. Never experienced such customer friendliness before. Their professionalism is outstanding. The infrastructure is either new or recently renovated. The corridors, rooms, bathrooms etc are clean and well maintained. The on-premise restaurant is a pleasant one to dine. We had traditional food for lunch and breakfast and that was very good. Overall, we felt very comfortable and at home.

Parking space is available right at the porch area is limited to 6 or 7 cars. Better inform them during reservation that you need parking space. Their staff will help you to manage the parking.
