My toilet overflowed at 10pm and lady at desk handed me a plunger. It backed up so far that it came out of sink and tub. When i completed the plunging went back to front desk and nobody was there. Plus no one was at desk in morning. My room was terribly smell all night. The entire night was a nightmare!!!!

Central air was not working, so there was a portable air conditioner in the room, which caused the carpet around it to be wet. The beds were very firm. Pool/hot tub were drained and closed. With a little TLC, could be a really nice place.

This hotel must have been premier in it's time but it is in pretty tough shape. Needs a lot of tender loving care. The pool is not available, the outside areas are overgrown and need weeding, the interior is very dated with old carpet. The setting is absolutely beautiful. Wish someone could make a major investment to make this place magical again.

The managers of the Paradise Shores were very hospitable and pleasant . The hotel was very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back again soon!
