The breakfast was awesome, and rooms was awesome

Everything was bad! It was nothing like the photo! The rooms toilet stinks, The walls had wears and tears! The Linens and bedsheets were dirty! The toilet seat was dirty! Breakfast was not provided unless asked and took one-two to prepare that we had to give up! When called for service, they take hours to respond! TV was not working! The kettle was so dirty!

The size of rooms is good , even location is quite nice, the hotel was well maintained, and the staff is good

They accept to give me a room, instead of no receiving my reservation.

They said not to have receive my reservation. So, I had a less comfortable room than I have booked for quite the same prize.

The place is gorgeous.The rooms are fantastic with the perfects atmosphere and good food without being too fancy and pricy. But the best part is that the staff makes i feel so welcoming and charming
