Great location, clean, comfortable, safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful- especially Edward and Maria.

Wifi reception was not the best after we were moved to room on the backside of the hotel.

Very bad staff and very rude stay away from this hell fire.

Once I booked this room, it didn’t indicate that I would be staying with someone I didn’t know. Booking.com also didn’t specify that this was a hostel. I felt betrayed and ended up leaving without receiving a refund.

I reserved a private room not a share in the internet wasn’t stated that was a share. I always check the amenities offered. I called quickly to the facility and was told to call to the email app where I did the reservation and was impossible to speak to a customer service person just emailed was the only service offered for concerns to be assisted.

I can’t recommend anything because I never stay there.

Nice and clean rooms. Its a bit strange with the reception and dorms spread out in the building. Rhe pool is very nice also.

I dont really understand why they are so strict with the bed number. Furthermore, maybe its better if they let people choose a bed than. Also I thought its better to spread out people instead of 5 in one room and 1 in another..

Staffs and price Staff Are very kind and helpful The best thing is price and plus there freeshuttle bus from hostel to magic kingdom Staff are very kind and explain what restaurant near by Location is good too there are many coffee donuts and restaurants Also pool is as well

The location was great : the bus stops were about 250 feet away, there was a Aldi / Dollar tree + several restaurants close by. Easy to get to Walt Disney World. The room had a mini fridge and microwave - plenty of outlets, shampoo / conditioner included, daily housekeeping. The pool was great , there were games in the office area & plenty of places to plug in my laptop/ phone. Edward - the Bposhtels Exchange Worker was very professional and nice - checking in regularly making sure that everything was ok & seeing if the guests needed anything. I plan to stay here again. I never knew there was breakfast… The Rooms are Stuffed with 6 people… the Stupid Mini Bar Fridge is TOTALLY INADEQUATE for a ROOM With 6 in it. My Room 232 had a Girl in bunk 3 With Bronchitis..which is Very Contagious, she coughed all night, refused to wear a mask and I got sick with Bronchitis…My last night in the Room I deliberately HIT in the HEAD with a cell phone at 4:30am.

Black African American kid in Building 3 and girl friend doing Layndry at night 2:30am.. Pulled out a Hugh Black 9 MM Handgun and waved it around… He had on Red Track Suit, Rasta type Braids in his hair.
