The HVAC system was not working, NO AIR Condition and it was 82 in my suite with no FANs
USThe breakfast left something to be desired. Would be nice to have better hot food selection. We were also told they didn’t have butter for the French toast.
Our room had a cigarette smell coming from the vents in our nonsmoking room.

That they couldn't accommodate room service and you had to pick up meals as carry out. The meals were in styrofoam containers with plastic serving pieces. Any hotel that had a good kitchen (as this one does) would have provided typical room service.

USLoved the historical charm. Very clean. The restaurant was charming and the servers were friendly. The check-in and checkout attendants were very helpful and friendly.
No signs for direction to the continental breakfast on the second floor. The room was hard to find. The attendant on the breakfast was rude and not friendly. The French toast and bacon was cold enough it was in the warmer. The other items on the buffet were fine.
