"Terrible neighborhood, early check in is a scam. Do not stay here."

Property had plenty of beds, bathrooms as described.

The neighborhood was terrible. Houses that were boarded up, loose dogs running around. Didn’t feel safe. I also requested an early check in and when I arrived they attempted to say I didn’t pay. After looking into it they “found” my payment but wouldn’t let me in because cleaners were there (there was one cleaner and I was specifically told I’d pay more for additional cleaners to expedite the process). When I asked to put my belongings in the place they told me if I did that I would not receive a refund for the early check in even though I was told I couldn’t stay there while they were cleaning. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It’s not a single owner, it’s a company that’s just taking advantage and scamming visitors. Wasn’t able to check in until 4 and they won’t give me my money back for an early check in.

Bad area of town, homeless, drug deals on sidewalk by house. Could not even get into driveway, due to concrete walls. Pictures and description did not depict this rental at all. Management company was harassing, and not good to work with.
