The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Balaji from the front office, who provided exceptional service. "There was no small-sized table inside the room to work on, so I had to use the dining room for about an hour. If a small table could be provided in the room, it would be more comfortable to work while maintaining proper posture." This suggestion could help improve the guest experience for future visitors who need a workspace in their room.

Breakfast was not good at all. Only few items were available with limited quantity. Staffs who were serving breakfast were very rude in behaviour. Even for tea/coffee/milk also, they were providing half cup only. Only 1 boiled egg for a person. Cut-fruit quality was also very poor.
