I was very happy and very comfortable with the experience of the stay. I was very happy to come back again as the staff Mr Manish ( receptionist ) , Mr Moxie & Mr Hossain gave very delightful experience with the stay. I would rate a 10/10 for the hotel.

"They cancelled my reservation. They wanted advance payment."

They cancelled my reservation as I did not pay in advance. They kept harassing me with multiple messages that I had to pay in advance. But Booking.com said to pay at the hotel.

They kept demanding for advance payment.
