Big room & quiet

Coffee maker. They were remodeling but dis wonderful job in accommodating us.

Dirty towel and used soap left in bathroom. Bedroom TV not working. Would not stay again

The listing for this motel did NOT mention that they must be in a remodel…..everything was a mess, the fitness room, foyer, hallway carpet was dirty, no breakfast offered, our sheets had pen marks on them, my daughter bed had hair…..not at all happy, had we known It was such a mess we definitely would not have stayed there.

Smelled like paint. Walls paper thing, the place was dirty. Felt like an old place that their idea of renovation was to just paint everything. Also way way over priced for what we got.

This place is an absolute remodeling disaster avoid at all costs. They are in the middle of a massive multi month renovation and they want you to pay for it. The sparkling pictures of the pool are a lie, it’s been closed for months, the lobby looks like a war zone, there are microwaves in the Breeway this place is a train wreck. Even just the rooms are a lie, small things like that. There’s coffee machines at every room is a complete faucet. The room is rolled to be comfortable, but it looks nothing like the picture at all.

No coffee maker in room, or any other amenities in the room except towels and a small bar of soap. The room was tile flooring no carpet, the ac filter where dirty so the Ac did not blow very cool. The building was a separate building across from the hotel property with old furniture out in the parking lot seemed to be renovating that building and used it anyway.

This is a really nice hotel.

Unfortunately, when we showed up the hotel buildings were clearly in the midst of renovation. Outside, the grounds were littered with furniture that was being disposed of. Workers were actively working on and in the buildings. The fitness center and pool were both closed. The lobby and breakfast area was filled with dust and boxes. The room we were given, while the updates were clearly an improvement, smelled of paint fumes and was uninhabitable. We appreciate the fact that the building is undergoing renovation however this information should have been clearly noted when booking the reservation. We cancelled upon seeing the conditions and had to fight to receive a full refund. Luckily, Expedia refunded us even though the hotel staff did not respond to their calls.

Absolutely NOTHING

The hotel is a war zone. Both entrances were blocked with used furniture and pallets of trash. We did not stay because it is an unsafe hotel. The hotel manager and his daughter are from Pakistan and said the hotel was fine and they lived there and didn’t see a problem. Mattresses are thrown all around the parking lot. This hotel has no business being open and definitely does not need to be listed on Booking.con.
