TownePlace Suites by Marriott Denver North Thornton

Room was great. continental breakfast was horrible. Went to pour milk out of carton and it came out in big chunks. Yogurt spoiled as well. Waited in line to get a clean plate and utensils. Was there for 5 nights. Was the same every morning.

Amazing hotel. Breakfast was great! Hotel was clean. Our reservation was changed from 2 queen beds to 1 queen + pull out sofa due to hotel at capacity. We were compensated for the change but the pull out was very hard and neither of us could sleep on it. Otherwise, this hotel was great!

Outdoor pool was closed. We were offered to go across the street to the sister hotel to swim . They fixed the pool issue and once it opened it was swarmed with kids. Seems like they weren’t prepared for a large group of kids staying at the property. They expected one staff to do the entire breakfast for a large group of people. When we got to breakfast we had to wait for food and dishes to be restocked. There was a large group of kids at the front entrance blocking the entrance. No conditioner in the bathroom. No ice in the ice machine on my floor.

Hallways, elevator wete dirty and grimy. Outside landscaping was trashy

Nice breakfast, variety of options.

Great staff, after having horrible experience with a different TownePlace Suites in past this was redeeming.

A quality property. Comfortable, clean, spacious and well designed rooms and one of the better breakfasts included.

Great place if you have a pet! Enjoyed the breakfast.
