The lobby/lounge seating for everyone to congregate.

The size of the room, it only fit a bed & bathroom. I didn’t like my luggage on the floor with no place to hang my clothes. I missed having a closet.:(

It is a beautiful Hotel with an excellent location if you have a student living on the Hill.

Rooms are very efficient, they have been able to give you everything you need in a small space.

Staff were very pleasant

Great location! Newer space with a lively bar area. Room was very small, but clean. Would stay again

The general bar and downstairs area and facilitates are great

the room was way too small - nowhere to put bags When you put the blind up - everyone downstairs and in the bar area can see straight in - you need to add softer blinds so you can open the blockout blind while still having privacy our beds weren’t properly made up, we didn’t have enough towels - and staff were slow to rectify this

The interior design.

Poor service. I’m usually a big fan of Moxy Hotels. I’ve stayed at locations across the country and love the design, energy, and service. Unfortunately, my recent stay at Moxy Boulder was a disappointment. Due to multiple flight delays and a missed connection, I lost the first night of my booking. I immediately communicated with the hotel, but no refund, credit, or even a small gesture like a free coffee or late checkout was offered. As a loyal Moxy guest and frequent traveler, this lack of flexibility and care was a deal breaker. Losing $350 for an unused room under unforeseen circumstances (with insurance) was extremely disappointing. On top of that, during my second night there was a power outage in the entire hotel and block - the lobby was dark for over an hour. Guests were left in the dark with no announcements, guidance, or communication from staff. It was clear the staff hadn't been trained properly to handle the situation. The service level was far below what I’ve experienced at other Moxy locations. No amount of great design can make up for poor service. Sadly, beyond the décor, the experience felt more like a hostel than the lively, professional Moxy brand I’ve come to expect. Rethink staying here.
