It’s smaller and quiet despite the freeway being right there. Staff was really friendly and accommodating for the most part.

I asked for my room to be cleaned yesterday since my dog and I have been here for 10 days. It never happened.

I was locked out of my room for the last night due to a bad lock. Had to spend the night in an adjacent room without my clothes and belongings

Sarah, the young lady at the front desk is an absolute asset to your organization. She is friendly and helpful and is always smiling. And always welcoming. Adam, the night clerk has zero people skills and is just plain mean to the guest. And rude. And no help. I didn't have a chair in my room to sit in. When I went back to the desk to ask about a chair, he mumbled something to the effect that he would get me one. An HOUR later, after eating dinner standing on my tired feet, I went back to the desk, and he was still sitting there on his phone. He gave me the key to another room and told me to take the chair out of there. I won't be back because of that guy, and I am looking for another room now for a week. But I won't deal with that guy ever again.

The room was recently remodeled and very clean. Two minor issues in the room and front desk staff were very quick to solve the problems (even offering to give us a different room which was not needed). Night time staff was very empathetic when we had to check out in the middle of the night due to a family emergency that we needed to get home for (seemed genuinely concerned for us and our safety driving home). Would recommend a stay here if you're looking for cheap price and no extras like restaurant, continental breakfast, etc.
