"Bad wiring in my room."

There was bad wiring in the room, so the main light kept flashing like a strobe light making it impossible to sleep. Plus the short in the wires wouldn't let my sleep machine stay on. So I had trouble breathing all night as well. I told they front desk and they apologized and gave me a different room for my second night. I don't think this was good enough, they could have given me a discount or something.

"Good, Clean room without over paying "

Staff was super friendly and helpful! The property has been getting some updates and they are making better. The lobby looks and smells great! Our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is if you are bothered by noise overhead or you’re a light sleeper than you should request a room on the upper level. Also, if you have trouble with the tv the staff will come help resolve the issue. The tv is set up through WiFi with Roku and if it gets reset it can be a little challenge to get it connected but the staff will gladly help (it’s a quick fix). We would stay again…great staff, comfortable room with a great price!

Our room door was sticking. We had to push hard to open and close our door. The air unit cover was loose and there was a gap to the outside.

This place needs So Much work. Fire alarms going off for no reason… floors dirty…. Tv not working..had to be move to different room after complaining for 3 hours… understaffed… will never stay there again

First I was charged full price for a 6 hour stay, I called from Pontiac, after driving 12 hours from Tn. Guy says yes we have rooms, Went to Troy, Mi. Checked in, at around 3:45 a.m. at about 7a.m. some man knocked on my door woke me up, i opened the curtains to see a male standing outside my door in white painting clothes, I said GO AWAY! and closed the curtains, then about 9:15 a.m the mai starts knocking for me to checkout??!!!!!! I am STILL LIVID about this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I would like to request a call from a corporate agent, asap! My ph number is in my account info thank you
