Clean, Spacious , courteous and motivated personnel. Highly recommended for a lovely stay in Guruvayur.

Road works near the entrance and exit does not make it convienient to approach property.

The food was better than our last stay at the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The Location wise the bridge is not very close to the temple. If you have kids and old members walking will be difficult. There is an auto stand close by.

The communication gap between the Front office staff, they expect the customer to communicate the special request and very conveniently blame the early check in time, crowd, peak season etc for any miss from Front office. We had made special request for two hours delayed checkout since we were travelling with a 1.3-year-old baby. Initially they agreed and later they told one hour is ok. Later when i went to reconfirm with the staff again, they denied and made us check out immediately. There is no consideration for customer, they just play blame games. Breakfast is very very hyped, it is quite normal spread and during the vacation, the hotel charges are exorbitantly high which is not worth for this hotel when you have other good options;

Property is located at the entrance of the Guruvayoor main road, but entering & exiting road is very narrow and cumbersome. It has covered and secured car parking, you can park it and use their free shuttle service to the temple.

Breakfast charges are high for limited menu, there is no À la carte option.
