Room Charges were less when cross checked with other platform

Only room was good

1. Complementary breakfast not available 2. Cleaning not done even on request , we stayed for 4 days but room was not cleaned at least once even on request. 3. Hot water not available all the time , they operate it from outside only when we ask them that too for sometime only. 4. The same issue with the AC each time we want to use AC we should ask them to on it from the reception side. 5. Booking.com has increased the room rent in the last minute. 6. No one were available wen we checked out , and didn’t even woke up from sleep even on trying to wake them up multiple times.

The accommodation is within reachable distance from Ahmedabad Railway Station. The overall accommodation was very good and the location is also in a good Mall. We had good accesss to Auto and Bus services from the hotel

I would suggest that the bed has pointed corners on front side so while walking in the room it get hurt our legs so that pointed corners should be made curved corners and further I would suggest that some arrangement must be done for drying wet clothes after taking bath and washing the clothes.

Cleanliness was very good , tv was and air conditioning was good , washroom was very clean bed and everything was upto value for money

Room was decent and clean

Higher price was charged from booking amount, I have booked in 1344rs however it was later automatically changed to 1750rs in booking.com on last day.
