Hotel looks faily new. Front desk was missing a a while, waited about 10 minutes before she got back and checked us in. Not welcoming at all. When showering, the water would not go down. My husband lifted the drain cover and it was clogged with hair and dirt. Very dirty. Breakfast ended at 9:30, we got there at 9:10 and most items were already removed.

Right near the pier park area, it was easy to get in and out of the hotel, and many things were close by. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

The complimentary breakfast is great and the rooms are very spacious. Three minutes to public beach. The carpets in the halls and elevators need to be replaced and maintained. They were not clean and made the elevator smell. Other than that is was a great stay.
