The room is clean and has kitchen include forks 、plates and glasses. The sofa bed has a mattress and is very comfortable. All the environments are very new. I am looking forward to choosing this hotel again next time I go on vacation.

This property is made backwards I didn't like that at all. For the price I pay they should have a full hot bar breakfast but they don't. I also call before I came down there and was told I could pay at the property. But that really wasn't the case. I had rearranged my finances around in order to pay for the room . I wasn't accommodated due to the information that was provided for me when I called before coming down there. In all honesty for this to be a new hotel it's not worth the price I paid. I will stay somewhere else with better service. The room does look like the picture but my room was not as clean as it could be. They also cleaned my room and removed my personal item that I had. I know for a fact that shouldn't have happened. I didn't like that.Also one morning one of the staff took hands WITHOUT GLOVES AND REPLACEMENT FOOD. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND HAVE THE NERVE TO LOOK ME IN MY FACES. I SHOOK MY HEAD. I FEEL YOUR STAFF MEMBERS TO KNOW POLICE AND BEST PRACTICE FOR THE HOTEL AND TO GIVE OUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION WHEN SOMEONE CALLS.
