Breakfast was very nice Very friendly and welcoming staff

Had little issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom Could have included towel for 2 people while providing room for 2 . Could have included hair dryer for long distance traveller. Cleanilness of the swimming pool was also an issue

Very neat and clean and service desk takes care of auto taxi booking etc. Hotwater shower and clean toilet beds etc. 1 km to east nada but you can pay 50rs to auto for drop

I enjoyed my stay with them

Everything was perfect

Just very close to Railway station, next to Parthasarathy Temple. Breakfast was good and staff members were supportive and cooperative. Rooms are comfortable and amenities in good condition.

There was a foul smell in one of the toilets but they addressed immediately and solved.

The Breakfast was good and tasty. We did not opt for the complimentary breakfast. nor any room service of food from the refreshment room. Hence cannot mention much about the quality 0f the room service. However a bad experience we have had is that "there is a lack of manpower with the hotel for providing any type of room service to customers as and when the later require it". It could be that the Hotel is not very old and stilll in a learning mode. The management must have more service personal at least two more to give room services to customers or else like us, many customers may have to wait inordinately long hours to get even a bottle of drinking water. We also did not find anyone coming to clean our room even when we had stayed for two days and no clearing personel was fund in the premises during our 48 hours stay.

Barring the drawback as stated in 3 above, we liked the hotel very much. The hotel must ensure that timely room service to customers any time during their stay in the hotel is provided. However the rooms the and all other funitures, etc were found exceptional.
