The Carpentry Hotel

Our stay was for a softball tournament. This hotel is a secret Gem located in Downtown Dalton, Ga; wish we had more time to explore nearby shops. Cute area located on 2nd floor with outaide sitting area. Breakfast - was only coffee with muffins/danishes/breads. Lots of breakfast places nearby. Mexican restaurant across the street and other local restaurants.

The only reason the hotel did not get 5 stars was the “breakfast”. Only coffee, tea, and 3 pieces of pastry. The room was great.

Nice place, friendly staff. Parking is bad though.

We enjoyed our stay and loved having so many restaurants & a brewery right across the street.

The fragrance in the air of their signature scent was fantastic! So relaxing. The beds with comfortable, the showers were luxurious, and the decor was very thoughtful and creative. The continental breakfast was disappointing however and fell short of all the other impressive amenities that were advertised. For the price point we paid, I expected more than muffins, coffee, and water on small counter top in the commons area. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant!

So cute!!!! Quiet and perfect hotel if your ok without amenities like a pool or gym (we never use , like you think you will) Haha! The bar area is small but take it upstairs in the outside rooftop and there is plenty of room to enjoy fresh air and a cocktail !
