Great location with friendly staff. Breakfast (not included) was also very good.

The room itself had seen better days - bathroom door was chipped, both sets of blinds were broken and not great for blocking light regardless and the windows were not good for blocking sound (although little would have reduced the helicopter noise from nearby (hospital?). Also, realize it was a busy weekend in Missoula, but the room was very pricey, especially given the generally "self-service" nature of the hotel.

Easy check in and out, easy parking, comfortable beds, very pet friendly!

The staff were amazing and could not do enough to help. The location was fantastic and the bed very comfortable.

Mindful of the fact that the hotel had only opened a few days before our visit, there are a number of points we found disappointing 1. The rooms are quite basic for the cost of the stay 2. The TV was not connected to the WiFi so could not be used 3. We reported the fact that our electric window blinds was not working - this was still inoperable two days later when we left 4. The whole design is slightly quirky ( hammocks on ceiling) but basics are missed like having to get out of bed to put the lights on/ off, no milk or cream for the coffee or tea, we stayed for two nights but no cleaner or replenishment of facilities after the first day 5. No out of hours presence 6. No safe

New hotel , clean fresh nice rooms , nice bikes and kit for rent. They refunded me an incorrectly charged resort fee which was good after I pointed it out.

They’re just starting out but there’s no sign to say where u check in met multiple guests confused . Not hard to put up a simple paper sign to say go to the cafe that’s where check in is . The pillows were my gripe . 4 small pillows I’ve never seen this before in a hotel, but for me personally very uncomfortable . Need a proper pillow.
