The location is good and the place looks fine

I've stayed in this property two times before and it was pretty decent. But this time it was super uncomfortable. Everything looks fine from the outside but in reality: the mattress was super soft, so we were rolling in the middle, it was very bouncy and the most horrible was that it was making a loud awful sound even from the little movement. The AC was making an irritating loud noise so we couldn't use it while sleeping, and remote control was not working. Staff was not helpful at all as well. There were no towels in the room, they didn't bring it even after we asked and we had to go again and take it after 1 hour. We asked to change the room but they said they don't have fresh laundry to move us... There were rats or mouses or whoever it can be inside the walls or inbetween the floors, which were making annoying scratching sounds for the half of the night... This was all really unsatisfying experience and we couldn't get normal uninterrupted sleep at all. Wardrobe also make an awful sound while you opening the doors. In general it feels like noone is taking care of the facilities inside the rooms. The property looks good only from the outside.

Dirty unhygienic rooms not even worth paying 500 rs per day. Stinky n dirty toilets. Smelly bathrooms and bedrooms were stinking of cigarette smoke. Bedsheets were of burnt cigarette marks and dirty

The property was good, but not as expected, and staff made us to wait for 2 hrs to get confirmed, still we book from a office site called booking.com

Nothing to be honest

The worst experience we had. We reached at the property the caretaker was sleeping and we had to request him couple of times to show us the room . And then after showing the room which was worst than public toilet when we objected about the hygiene he was like it is what it is take it or leave it at 3 AM . Literally sh*T show place .
