Always friendly staff and the rooms are nicely updated. However there was only one bath towel in the room.

Awesome! The Best!

Front desk was nice. But hotel was terrible. No hair dryer!!!! I had go Walmart to buy it. Unbelievable. Dirts and dead bugs on the floor. Used towels on drawers and it is disgusting. Towels have some blood stains and it is nasty. Play loud musics on the pool until 4-5am and impossible to fall asleep. It is hotel to party not to rest. Overall bad choice for me.

I booked another night, but the next day they would not let me stay. Because 2 black men broke into a car and the 2 men gave them my room #, I have no idea who these men were, no one security management, a police officer came to my room to ask me they just didn’t let me stay another night. I’ve stayed at that hotel about once a month for the last year. There’s never been any problems with me. I asked the girl that was supposed to be the manager, but I found that later, she wasn’t if I was paying forever, she said I don’t know. I’ll ask the owner and I will call you Monday. Never got a call by Thursday. I called back up at the hotel to find out if there was a resolution the hotel manager that I got said she knew nothing about the situation and she would get back to me after she talked to the owner never heard back from her, so I’ve never booked there again a shame because I love saying there, but I guess if they’re gonna take the word of two people committing a felony over a long time, loyal guest and maybe I don’t wanna stay there anymore.

the room was left uncleaned, looking rough, also missing the one thing we did request upon calling to book reservation. We left very disappointed

Request not to be in a specific room, we get there they have us in that room. Then I request to move rooms, they moved us to a room that you turn the shower on the handle came off water spraying out the back of the connection all over the floor. I go back to the front desk, they call maintenence. Ended up moving to another room turned the shower on and it trickling out of the shower head. We ened up not having a great stay i asked my partner to leave and come back to Tulsa at 4 in the morning. I won't be back and if I do it will be a long time.
