Avoid MARS Hotel – Dishonest Staff & Poor Experience My stay at MARS Hotel was extremely disappointing. On the first night, we were given a room with a non-functional AC. Despite repeated complaints, the front desk manager, Devesh, was unresponsive and wasted 2–3 hours offering other rooms with the same issue. We also noticed that we had paid extra for a Deluxe room but were given a lower-category room instead. The staff, including the manager, showed a clear lack of honesty and professionalism. I would strongly advise against staying here.

It was pathetic no trained staff all newbies just awful.

Overall this property was ok to stay, I felt it was very basic. The bedding was adequate but needed to refresh. Material used for towels and bedding needed an upgrade. It’s situated in a tight space and the outlook was not inviting. The staff was courteous and dealt with our needs when requested. It was ok for one and I don’t think I would stay here again as we needed a place to relax and unwind. We chose this place because it was close to Harminder Sahib. If having to do it again I would chose something further from the Gurudwara with a better location and a bit of higher end to relax after a busy day.
