Brand new, very comfortable, nice amenities, beautiful property

Understaffed and green — restaurant was chaotic and wildly understaffed, food came out late and inconsistent. Asked us if we wanted room serviced but then didn’t actually service the room as we requested. Dirty linen and trash bags still in the room when we arrived. Some thoughtless design choices for explicitly family lodging (eg no blackout curtains, couldn’t turn off porch light, other light switches in random places, no door between sink and bedroom)

Loved how pet friendly this resort is. We enjoyed every moment.

We had an amazing stay at firefall this week, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Great property

My new favorite resort. Absolutely beautiful with very thoughtful touches that provide many included activities. Cozy cabins with fireplaces and decks to enjoy the beautiful property. We will be back!

The property and the grounds are impeccable. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The location is perfect and the staff was friendly for the most part.

The staff seemed a bit inexperienced. Every time we ordered coffee we had to ask for a spoon. They were all very friendly and helpful and tried their best except for the woman tending the store. She was unfriendly and made us feel like we were asking for a favor when getting ice for our room. The food was just ok.

I'd like to start by saying that I emailed Firefall Ranch directly twice to talk about our stay and they have ignored both emails, so customer service is clearly awful on top of other issues. My husband and I were really disappointed with Firefall Ranch. Given the price point, we were expecting (as advertised) a luxury stay, but instead found that the property understaffed and ill-equipped to maintain a level of service that you would expect for the price. On arrival, we were directed towards our room, but no-one offered to help us drag our suitcases over their tricky gravel pathways, and all parking spaces near our cabin were taken. The food is extremely average and hugely overpriced; night 1, we ordered two Caesar salads and the eggs were undercooked and basically inedible. All other food that we ordered was either lukewarm or cold. Their cabbage dish was completely inedible as well; cabbage was greasy and burned, and accompanying mushrooms tasted like cleaning product (left in the pan by accident?) There was a consistent issue with drinks orders throughout our stay, and they took 20+ mins to arrive every single time we ordered. We then tried to order two different wines from the menu but both were unavailable. We then ordered two Old Fashioned's instead, and asked specifically for bourbon - my husband and I then watched the bar staff discuss the fact that there was no Maker's Mark left, and they made our drinks with Jamesons' scotch instead. Less about using the wrong ingredient, but blatant lack of care for the actual order/ didn't check if this was an ok substitute! We asked for gin & tonics and got gin & soda. On night three, our wines just never arrived. In the room - no milk was provided for coffees in the morning. No water provided either, so we had to keep going back to the shop to buy more drinking water.
